Firmware Version:

I have 2 CPE510's from the house to the metal shop. How do I install an EAP225 using the CPE inside the shop to increase the internet signal?

Your network topology should be like this:

Router-----AP CPE))))((((Client CPE------EAP)))((((Phone/PC

The EAP should be connecting to the Client CPE with the cable.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.
