Custom online detection ping-target for Omada-Gateways

Currently there is no option to set a custom target for ping/DNS for Omada-controlled gateways, but it is possible in standalone mode.
Please add the same option as in standalone-mode so that users can configure a more reliable ping-target.
This custom-target should also support IPv6 addresses (so when only IPv6 fails, Link-backup can failover to the other WAN-pass-through)

In Controller mode, you may set the online detection method under Devices -> Router's Config -> Advanced -> Echo Server.
Select Custom, then enter the IP address for Ping or enter the domain address for DNS lookup.
For IPv6 feedback, I've reported to the developer team for evaluation
