fast-roaming between EAP access points
I have an OC200 controller and a few EAP245 access points.
In order to make fast-roaming work between the APs, do the Access Points need to be connected to a managed switch? Or can they be connected to a PoE switch that is not managed via the OC200 controller?

They can be connected to any switch (managed or not managed) from any vendor.
All you need for Fast Roaming is a Controller and the APs, both of which you appear to have already. On the OC200 under SETTINGS > SITE enable ADVANCED FEATURES, you should then be able to enable fast roaming, AI roaming etc..
