  @Hank21

ok, finally i found the reason

there was two vlans

Vlan254 (mgmn)
Vlan1 (native)

i configured default GW on Vlan254

and it is working

PC -> Router -> Vlan254 -> Jetstream is working as expected because packets could be routed back on def.gw

so PC initiate Telnet/SSH/HTTP/SNMP and it is OK

but

i enabled RA/SLAAC (mistake) on Vlan1

and there is problem

when Jetstream initiate connection Trap/Syslog/NTP it is routed on Vlan1 RA/SLAAC, looks like RA get priority over manual gw

ok, it was my mistake

but on my side, i tried to see what routes are configured

CLI/terminal:

eleservice-sw02#show ipv6 route
ipv6 routing is disabled

eleservice-sw02#

hahahaha

what a surprise.

routing is disablet, but is is working :)

anyway, problem is solved after i disabled RA on Vlan1 and all packets are always routed on vlan254
