Hello there,

I have a couple of EAP245 connected to an OC200 controller and a ER605 router.

I am experiencing slow wireless throughput speeds. When I unplug the ethernet from the back of the EAP245 and plug it into my computer I get ~800mbps on speedtest (lovely). When I plug it back into the EAP245 I am seeing a TX Rate of 1.3Gbps (lovely), but when I then use speedtest wirelessly I am looking at 10 or 20mbps max (not so lovely).

I am new to the Omada setup, so hopefully i'm missing something simple!

Many Thanks,

Miles

I had "No Acknowledgement" in the advanced settings turned on. I switched that off, and it seems to be much much better! ~400mbps

In that section I only have WMM enabled, should I have the "Unscheduled Automatic Power Save Delivery" turned on too?

It is recommended that you turn off advanced features including Qos etc. before running the speed test.

You can also change the channel and the channel width of this EAP to have a try.
For the 2.4G, the channel is 1, the channel width is 20 Mhz.
For the 5G, the channel is 36, channel width is 20Mhz.

In addition, you can refer to this link for the trouble shooting:

@Tedd404

Thanks for this!

Does this mean that on my LAN I'm limited to 900mbps bandwidth, or just the connection to the WAN?

@MilesIsHere

NAT throughput, basically, you can take it as your bandwidth for Internet speed. The whole bandwidth for NAT. Private IP to Public IP, bandwidth is 900Mpbs+.
