VIGI NVR constantly randomly rebooting

VIGI NVR1008
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: nvr1008hv1_en_1_0_1_up_boot(201014)_2020-10-14_09.24.04
My brand new Vigi NVR keeps constantly rebooting.
It sometimes runs for a few minutes, sometimes just seconds, then it crashes.
It happens with HDD and without, on LAN and offline, behind the UPS and direct on the power outlet.
Automatic firmware update says it is up-to-date, update via USB fails.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Is there any way to fix it or do I have to return it?
