I've recently installed 2 X TL-SG3428XMP and 2 X TL-SM311LS(UN) 1gb SFP transceivers (One in each switch on SFP+ port 25).

The issue I'm facing is with the port settings as full duplex and speed set at 1000m, only one switch is transmitting over the fibre while the other is not. The link led appears on the first switch but not on the second. I've tried set it as Auto for duplex setting but I've read that this won't work on SFP+ ports. Do I need to configure something through console?

Could someone please help me with this problem, as I've been working on it for over 8 hours and it's extremely frustrating.
