No VOIP behind ER6020

No VOIP behind ER6020

Hi, is there anything special i need to know to get VOIP running behind a er6020?
I have a 1und1 VDSL with a Zyxcel vmg1312-b30a in brdiged mode. ER 6020 is conecting via PPPoE. Behind the ER I have a AVM Fritzbox 7390 as IP Client configured for VOIP. No incoming Call is registered from the Fritzbox.
I have forwarded UDP ports allready and tried NAT-DMZ. SIP ALG is off .. what else can blocking the incoming VOIP stuff? The rest of ER is default configuration except one IPSec VPN tunnel.
