Dear Sirs,

I bought the above router under the assumption that I could easily set up and use VPN. It's actually called a SafeStream™ Gigabit Dual-WAN VPN Router but maybe you have forgotten the VPN part.
Iam using the shrew vpn client and followed this tutorial to the letter:

It does not work. Your the router logs only show:
2013-03-15 09:36:26 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as responder. Mode=aggressive,peers=##router wan ip##<->#shrew client wan ip#

Please help and advise as soon as possible.

check the settings is correct or not, if necessary, you can send your problem to their technical support for help.
