Cpe210 not receiving IP-Address in Wifi Client modd

I'm facing the issue that the CPE210 is not receiving an IP-Adress via DHCP.
The CPE210 is connected to a carrier WiFi (so no option to change settings on that side).
Other devices are getting an Ip-Address without trouble (IOS Based Apple devices and also Android based devices).
On other wifi Networks the dhcp client works (with the same configuration).
I checked the MAC-Addresses of the carrier hotspots, the manufacturer of the Hardware is "routerboard.com" or "microtik".
any hint how to get this working? static IP-Config is not an option.

In normal case, CPE won't get an IP address, and its IP address will not affect the communication.
For example, Router is 10.10.0.1, Client CPE is 192.168.0.254, other devices connect to Client will get IP like 10.10.0.X, and can get internet from Router.
CPE is 192.168.0.254 in default, If you want CPE to get a random IP from DHCP server, you should change the IP settings.
