I would be really happy if someone's giving me an advice for my problem.

Since 5-6 years my family and I have had Apple TV. For a few months now, the box will not start. I have already pulled the power adapter a few times to restart it. The problem has then mostly solved. However, it is a bit annoying to have to unplug the box every time before you can use Apple TV.
Does anyone have a helpful tip on how to solve the problem otherwise? Thanks a lot!
