Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I want to manage my old AP's which are not compatible with SDN with my old OC200 and manage my new AP's with my new OC200 with the SDN version on it. Can I do that on the same network on different VLANs or subnets?

192.168.0.253  OC200 old version

192.168.1.253  OC200 new version

Would that work? they wouldnt fight each other and play nice, right?

Thanks

@NickInEMB

I think this gonna work without issue, theoretically, two VLANs are like two different networks.

Do you have any other SDN product like Router or Switch? Or just EAPs?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

@Virgo

I agree

I have seen sites with multiple controllers (not TP Link however) that run fine alongside eachother.   As Virgo mentions VLAN the traffic and just adopt on the appropiate controller.

Should be fine!
