Is there a menu option/setting available on this router that will provide the entire list of current connected IP4 IP's instead of JUST the DHCP Clients?

I am attempting to sniff out all IP connections to the backend of my network ... my Wifi AP shows me the Wifi connections but this TL R600VPN router isn't providing the same listing
