What antenna can be use with WBS510 And where to buy?

Yes, but kindly note that WBS510 has been discontinued.

 

For WBS510, external antennas are needed and Outdoor Two-Stream MIMO Antenna is suitable. See the FAQ below.

Introduction for TP-Link Outdoor Antennas, https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2091/

 

TL-ANT5830MD (dish antenna) and TL-ANT5819MS (sector antenna) can be used with WBS510, but they are also discontinued.
