I'm trying to create a VLAN for port 16 configured with a DHCP Server.

The switch is connected to my wireless router and configured to use 192.168.0.2.  A laptop connected to port 16 receives an IP Address of 192.168.10.2 but no internet access.  If I connect the same laptop to another port (2), I can access the internet.

Only the devices connected to the same VLAN can communicate with each other.

From your configuration, there is only Port16 included in VLAN10, which cannot talk to the internet gateway so that you cannot access Internet. Please add the uplink port (connected to the router/gateway) to the VLAN10 at least. If the uplink router supports tagged VLAN, select the uplink port as Tagged port, otherwise, please include Port16 in VLAN1.

I added port 1 to the VLAN10 but still no internet on the laptop connected to port 16.  Are there any specific static routes needed?

 

What IP info(including IPv4 Gateway and DNS Servers) would be obtained on the laptop when there is no Internet?

Are you able to ping the Gateway and DNS on the laptop?

It would be helpful if you could provide a network diagram showing how the devices are connected with Port and IP info.

Thank you for providing the detailed info, it's clear now.

Please ensure your WiFi Router supports Multi-Nets NAT function so that it can translate (NAT) and deliver packets for LAN from different subnets. And you need to configure Static Route on both the Router and Switch respectively. On the Switch, the destination IP should be your router IP 192.168.0.1 when you add the static route item. Here is a configuration example for your reference.
