Hi,

I have my secondary switch configured as follows:

It is plugged into port 1 and set to get ip using DHCP.

Question: that switch is getting an IP from VLAN 10. I was expecting it would get an ip from VLAN 1. Am I doing something wrong?

It`s cable comes from an Unifi Switch - port profile is configured as "ALL vlans"

Can you help me figure out why is that happening?

Thanks in advance.

I have exactly the same issue with a TL-SG108e-v5 while the other side of the trunk is a switch of almost the same TP-link switch TL-SG108e-v3, so I think it is not an issue of your Unify switch . Fixed it by assigning a static ip to the switch, but this is not the desired solution. I also hope someone has a better solution to fix this without a static IP.
