TL-SG1024DE LAG/Trunk with NAS QNAP TS-251

Bonjour,
je souhaiterais monter une aggregation de ports entre mon switch TL-SG1024DE et mon NAS QNAP TS-251.
Ce dernier possède 2 ports 1Gbps et a la possibilité de gérer l'agragation selon trois modes:
* NAS to NAS (Balance-rr)
* Général (Balance-tlb et Balance-alb)
*LACP (Prend en charge Balance-rr, Balance-xor, la diffusion et le 802.3ad dynamique)
Je choisi donc le 3ème mode: LACP, là j'ai d'autres options:
*Broadcast
*Balance-rr
*Balance-xor
*802.3ad dynamic
Je choisi le 802.3ad, là j'ai deux options:
*Layer 2 (MAC)
*Layer 3 (MAC+IP)
Je choisi Layer 2 (MAC)
Jusqu'ici tout va bien le NAS me retourne que l'agrégation est effectué, j'ai maintenant un port en 2gbps et j'ai encore accès à mon NAS
Sur le Switch TL-SG1024DE, je vais dans la section Port Setting/Trunk(LAG)
Je selectionne mes ports 1 et 2 pour le trunk 1
L'aggréation se crée bien.
Mais à partir de là, je n'ai plus accès du tout à mon NAS!
Ai-je raté quelque chose?

I'would like to make a port agregation betwwen my switch TL-SG1024DE et myNAS QNAP TS-251.
This NAS has 2 ports 1Gbps and the capacity to join them in 3 modes:
* NAS to NAS (Balance-rr)
* Génrél (Balance-tlb and Balance-alb)
*LACP ( Balance-rr, Balance-xor, Broadcast and 802.3ad dynamique)
I chose the 3rd mode: LACP, then i've got 4 options:
*Broadcast
*Balance-rr
*Balance-xor
*802.3ad dynamic
I chose 802.3ad, then i've got 2 options:
*Layer 2 (MAC)
*Layer 3 (MAC+IP)
I chosse Layer 2 (MAC)
Here everything is fine my NAS confirm the LAG, and i've got one port in 2Gbps.
On the Switch TL-SG1024DE, in the Port Setting/Trunk(LAG)
I chose ports 1 and 2 for trunk 1
Aggragation goes well
but now i've no acces to my NAS!
what did i do wrong?
