Model: CPE510
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

We are still unable to get 2 antennas to connect and we recently looked at altitude survey between the 2 locations and we noticed the one is +-30m higher and seperated by 4km.  Do the antennas need to tilt to compensate for difference in altitude?

We have also tried getting a qualified installer but they all work on other brands and basically suggest we change.  Is there a simple way of finding a tp link installer?

Dear @ClintonBrits,

Yes, and you may refer to the following guide to adjust the orientation.

Pharos CPE provides Antenna Alignment to help you align the antenna easily, which is in the Tools menu on the Pharos web page.

Here is a Setup Video <TP-Link CPE Point to Point Installation and Configuration Tutorial Video> for your reference.
