The Best Configuration?
I have a tplink tlr600vpc and tplink ax1800 which should i use? Can I use both? If so how would I configure them? Or is it just best to use one or the other?

Hey
The R600 is a WAN router so it will require an external Modem or ISP router to provide WAN access for you.. use the AX1800 as an AP so yes you can use both if you wish
Leave both disconnected from eachother for moment
1. On the Archer x1800 disable the DHCP server and give it a static address of 192.168.1.2 this is done via ADVANCED NETWORK DHCP SERVER
2. Log into the R600 and make sure its IP is 192.168.1.1
3. now set the DHCP Range on the on the R600 to 192.168.1.3 onward
Once both are set connect any LAN port on the AX1800 to the LAN on the R600, you should then have connectivity wireless using the x1800 as an AP, the DHCP will come from the R600
Connect the WAN port on the R600 to your internet modem
Hope that makes sense

Thanks. I will do. With this configuration, is it posible for my remote employees to connect to my network using OpenVPN?

Yeah they should be able to connect to the R600 via VPN as its the "main router" the ax1800 is simply now an access point.
Obviously you will need to configure ur WAN for VPN where appropiate but if thats all good then the R600 will do teh job. If you are using a modem its likely good, an ISP router may need firewall or port forwarding rule set
