To assist you effectively, could you please describe the problem as detailed as possible so that we can better understand the problem?
Do you mean the EAP would show as disconnected from the Controller page? What do you mean by changing between DHCP & Static?
Does the EAP itself work fine without issues? What would you do to make the EAP come back as Connected on the Controller?
Is your Controller Windows version or Linux version? How many EAPs are managed by the Omada Controller?
Did you use the Omada Controller to configure any advanced settings for the EAP?
