Hello, I connected my new AC1200 as for instruction (standalone mode) and I am able to navigate when connected to its network.

BUT Omada application is not working and tplinkeap.net is not working too.

For this reason I am not able to add a password to this new network.

Any idea or support for this?

Dear @MarcoIT,

Hello, I connected my new AC1200 as for instruction (standalone mode) and I am able to navigate when connected to its network.

BUT Omada application is not working and tplinkeap.net is not working too.

For this reason I am not able to add a password to this new network.

Is the model number EAP225-Outdoor?

Please ensure the EAP is hardwired to the DHCP Server (typically a router) via Ethernet cable. When you connect to the default TP-Link open network, you should be able to get a network connection, if not, please check the cable connection.

You may refer to one of the setup videos from the link below to set up the AC1200.
