Model: CPE510
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.2

Hello,

I have 2 CPE510 connected between them, the configuration its very tipical, just change the IP to the same range configure the first one like AP and the same SSID and Password. The distance is around 100-150 meters not too much i think so.

AP:

IP: 192.168.100.A

Mask: 255.255.0.0

Gateway: 192.168.100.200

CPE:

IP: 192.168.100.B

Mas:255.255.0.0

GateWay:192.168.100.200

The CPE is connected to a switch:

IP 192.168.100.C

Mas:255.255.0.0

GateWay:192.168.100.200

In this switch are connected some devices with 192.168.1.X and 192.168.11.x each of them with gateway 192.168.1.200 and 192.168.11.200 respectively.

Ip cameras etc.. With low resolution and fps.

The problem is that the AP-CPE are connected with good signal like -55 db signal and -90 db noise, SNR=-40 ~ -50, but cant connect with the devices or CPE. I have seen that Client TX/RX looks strange cause its like 5/2000. In WLAN RX trend appears like there are like 10~20 mbps transmitted from CPE to AP but cant watch the cameras in the camera viewer. Sometimes I can acces to the camera configuration but its too slow. If i ping some devices sometimes get timeout or 100-500 m. Also i have seen that the Client have good TX but not RX in his interface, like 300mbs TX  6RX, that makes me think that mby i cant access the devices because of it but with good TX why cant show me the cameras.

I have the same case that works well enough with more distance between them. I have tried reset the CPE and re-config, with Maxtream and without it...i dont know what can i do more.

Dear @Gramhor,

The problem is that the AP-CPE are connected with good signal like -55 db signal and -90 db noise, SNR=-40 ~ -50, but cant connect with the devices or CPE. I have seen that Client TX/RX looks strange cause its like 5/2000.

From the picture you uploaded, the CPE_AP and CPE_Client are connected well. What do you mean that the AP-CPE cant connect with the devices or CPE?

If you hardwire a PC to the CPE_Client, can you obtain IP address and have Internet access through the CPE_AP and CPE_Client link?

Please check the firmware version of your two CPE510 v3 and ensure they are running with the latest firmware (Build 20200516).
