Kindly note that the EAP225 is not a modem, but an access point.

To reset the EAP225, you may try this step: with the device powered on, use a pin to press and hold the reset hole on the device for about 8 seconds until the LED flashes green-red-yellow.

Do you mean that the LED status doesn't change when you try hard reset the EAP225?

Did you have a feeling of pressing a button when you reset it?

If you tried reset but the LED status won't change at all during the process, it's suggested to contact the local support in your region for further assistance.
