I have tplink EAP 255 AP. 

 

After default resetting device, now it is unsble to open on 192.168.0.254/tplinkeap.net/tplinkap.net. 

Can any one help how to access device.

Please ensure you're connected to the TP-Link EAP's Wi-Fi and get Internet access from it before you try accessing tplinkeap.net.
