I've spent some time searching the posts on this forum, as well as the Omada controller user manual, and I can't seem to find an answer to the above subject. The stats page of my controller has my traffic listed on it, but it doesn't show me what time period those stats encapsulate. It can't be all time because my APs have used over a TB of data since I started the controller on 4/26, yet the stats show traffic as 985 GB. What period is this 985 GB referring to? Thanks in advance for the help.

@SK0503

Can you share a screenshot of the page you are referring to?

@Rod-IT

In this screen shot the stats say 1.9 Tb. That's 1.9 terabytes over what period? I'm trying to determine how much traffic I would see on a month basis, but I can't determine since the stats only give an overall total.

@SK0503

You've posted your question in the Omada SDN Controller category but your screenshot looks like the Omada Controller 3.x

I remember that screenshot but now where specifically you'd find that, however, everything should be covered in the manual

I believe it's a 30 day period, but I can't find that specific image in the document linked

@SK0503

On the recent activities page you can change the timeframe to be 30 days, a week or whatever time you want, that might help you figure out an average - Page 27 of the manual linked above

@Rod-IT

Sorry @Rod-IT, this is a screen shot from the controller in a browser. The first screen shot was from the iOS app.

@SK0503

It's still the old controller, so tha manual i linked is the same.

You've posted your question in the SDN cloud controller page (which is the wrong category - i don't know if mods can move it), so i can only go on memory or the manual as i no longer run the older app.

But as posted above, i think this is a 30 day cycle
