this may be  a dumb question and apologies if it is...

i have an existing openwrt router which trunks to a cisco switch using .1Q  with vlans 2 and 3. this works ok

I have a new SG1016 and am trying to replace the cisco switch with it.  All appears ok with the SG1016 using vlan1 and poe etc however when trying to get it to trunk to openwrt router as the cisco was , its not working for vlan 2 or 3.

On sg10106

Port 11 is tagged on vlan 2,3

Port 13 untagged for vlan 2   PVID 2

Port 12 untagged for vlan 3 PVID 3

Seems simple but traffic will not work on either vlan 2 or 3… put cisco switch back in and all works again so .1q trunking is fine just not with the SG1016
