I am working to implement behavior controls, but I keep hitting issues:

• Web Filtering
  • When trying to import a file for creating members it times out with the message "operation failed"
  • I am assuming this is hitting some limit, but the error isn't telling me what. My list is Very long.
• URL Filtering
  • When attempting to populate the filtering content I hit a character limit. All the message indicates is taht I hit the limit, but doesn't tell me what it is.

Does anyone know what the limits are for ether of these behavior controls?
