AP doesn't connect with Fritz box 7590
I am contacting you because I have a problem with the EAP 225 due to the change of modem. As long as I kept the TIM modem, the EAP 225 connected correctly to the controller (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/) After changing the TIM modem with a Fritz 7590 box, I can no longer connect via the cloud (AP). Attection: the cloud (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com) sees it online, what remains disconnected is the AP into (https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/omada) and into mobile APP I did the reverse test and the AP reconnects The wifi from the EAP works properly but I don't understand what the cloud needs to be able to access the EAP. Basically it tells me "Disconnected" both via internet and from the APP (mobile) Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
