In Wireless Control > Free Authentication Policy

How many ID or clients can we add?

You can add 16 free authentication policy entries in total. But the URL supports prefix match. Such as, if you want to bypass the google website, you just need to set the URL as google.com, then the free authentication policy will allow the access of www.google.com, m.google.com, www.google.com/game, etc.
