Omada Discovery Utility cannot find the EAP245 V3
It can get an IP from DHCP server. But, it does not show in Discovery Utility (ver omada-discovery-utility-3.2.1). The host pc and EAP are in the same net (192.168.11.0/24).
Ping is not working as well.
Windows Firewall and Virus are disabled.
But, it does not show in Discovery Utility.

your local host has IP 192.168.11.181/16. You ping the EAP which has the IP 192.168.11.189/24.
Your local host tells you that it has no layer-2 path to the EAP:
Classic error #40:¹ wrong subnet mask on your local host creates a different network (192.168.0.0/16 instead of 192.168.11.0/24).
So, set a correct subnet mask on your local host and try again.
