Hi, I have an Access Point network of 12 units with EAP330 access points. they are managed by Software could controller 3.0.5 installed on a windows server, and I have access points constantly disconnecting. Why does it happen and why the AP does not appear on the pending Ap's after forgetting it.

 

This is happening in almost all of the networks I have (5 networks, 1 for each individual client).

As you said, the Omada Controller is installed on a windows server but your access points constantly disconnect from the Omada Controller, and even they don't show on the pending list. 

 

Normally, the disconnection issue is related to the network. After you adopt the EAPs on the Omada Controller, does the Controller and these EAPs have a good connection all the time? And are the Controller and EAPs  in the same subnet? Can you ping these APs on the Controller host? We recommend you to check the network cable.

@forrest It those ping the "Disconnected" AP.
