TL-R600VPN - No internet connections

INTERNET: ISP modem/router has default gateway 192.168.254.254
ROUTER: TL-R600VPN default ip 192.168.0.1
SWITCH: Smart Managed D-Link DGS-1210-28
What i want to do on my topology, is to have different segment(vlan) inter-vlan and able to see each other also has internet connection.

Current Physical connnection from modem/router connected to tl-r600vpn at Port1 (Wan1) from there Port3 is connected to switch at Port27 (uplink port).
Now, inter-vlan can communicate each other, able to ping and see their files. Also each vlan can ping their default gateway like 172.16.10.10 able to ping 172.16.10.1 and
172.16.10.10 able to ping 172.16.20.20 and so on. The problem is each vlan has no internet connections.
Is there any problem with my configurations on my tl-r600vpn? because there is no issue with my switch and it is working fine.
the only issue is no internet connections.
