My POE switch is not powering any of the POE device i connect to it.

 

The POE Max led is green even with no cable connected to the switch.

 

Anything i can do ?

 

(The poe device and cable have been tested on a other switch and they work fine. The poe device are IEEE 802.3af compliant).

 

The french support does not answer to my ticket nor to my call ...

The POE Max LED is green even with no cable, I think the switch may be already broken. You may need to get a replacement. @Grunk
