Wireless signal strength difference between ceiling and wall mounting
Would you expect a significant signal strength drop if the devices are wall mounted (Horizontal) moving 10 to 15 metres away in open space. If they are ceiling mounted would the range be a lot better?

Hi Conix,
Celling AP uses omni-directional antenna, the signal emission direction is shown in the picture below. When we deploy AP, we can calculate the reachable area according to the transmission angle shown as below. Therefore we recommend you to install it on the ceiling.
