Dears,

 

               I am succesfully installed TP-Link ER5120 internet was working fine , after 4 days my clients complainted no internet in office .i can ping from comuter to ER5120 but  internet no connectivity. Kindly reply.....note: some websites said need to be configure session limt from 100-200 (should do or not?)

The PC still can ping ER5120, it means that the connection from PC to ER5120 is fine. Please check the WAN status. Make sure that the router still has WAN IP and status is linkup. Then try to ping the gateway of WAN and ping the public network IP address. If still can ping the public network IP address, the problem may be related to DNS server.
