Hi, why do I always have to turn off and turn on again the eap320 that I have installed for them to work?

Do you mean the EAP320 may have wired or wireless problem if you did not reboot it? How do you support power for this EAP320, the EAP320 need 802.3 at PoE power supply, please make sure you did not support power for the EAP320 by 802.3 af PoE, or it may cause insufficient power supply problem.
