EAP245 v1 IP address can not be retrieved

Hello everyone,
following problem:
We have installed in our company 6 EAP245 v1, which we control via Omada controller software.
Since we do not want our users to have full access to our network via Wi-Fi, we have created a separate SSID for smartphones,
which we direct via VLAN through our switches.
However, only c.a. 12 devices in the SSID log in, some smartphones have the error message that the IP address can not be retrieved,
both on Android, as well as on Appel devices.
When I look in the Omada, I see that there are already 10 devices in the network.
and when the users with their devices come to the access point in our department, they receive an IP from the access point at once.
Why not with the others?
The IP range is limited by our firewall to 100 devices, this is not even a bit busy with 10 devices.
