Greetings,

We bought 3 EAP 330 to use in our offices. We use them with the Omada Controller in 2.4GHz/5GHz mode (same SSID and no isolation).
They are working quite nicely but we encounter the same problem everyday:
The 2.4GHz stop working during the night.
We have to reboot them to make the 2.4Ghz working again. There's no problem with the 5GHz , it works all the time.

The 2.4GHz is still visible but we get errors while trying to connect to it
NETWORK_SELECTION_TEMPORARY_DISABLED
NETWORK_SELECTION_DISABLED_ASSOCIATION_REJECTION

We tried different setups, even the auto reboot don't seems to work (it reboots the device but the 2.4GHz is still not working)

We have device that only have 2.4GHz so we need that.

Does someone have an idea on how to fix this?

Thank you.

The same happens to me with EAP225-Outdoor. Lot of problems with 2.4GHz. Every 48 hours 2.4GHZ wifi disappears. i test all the firmwares and possible configs. Now i am trying disabling scheduled, but for 5GHz wifi all works perfect.

Finally all works

It is related with power transmit, in version 1.0.0 30 dbm power transmit make the band 2.4  ghz drops every 48 hours, once updated to 1.0.3 all work because there are a firmware limit in 23dbm. I lose power but gain reliability. Almost fully happy.
