EAP110 Outdoor to Omada AP Controller keepalive interval?

Hi, does anyone happen to know the keep alive interval between the mentioned device? EAP was previously disconnected due to ISP side but when EAP was up again (Able to surf net on the premise where EAP was installed), the AP controller still continue to show disconnected state. Its been more than 20 mins since. Or the problem does not lies at keep alive interval?
