Can not communicate between VPN sites TL-ER6020

I have a problem to communicate between sites. See scheme.
Site C wants to communicate with site B through the existing vpn
Site C wants to communicate with site D through the existing vpn
Site D wants to communicate with site B through the existing vpn
Can somebody tell me how to fix this? Route tables? or other?
