afaik TL-ANT2410MO has been available in a few EU countries through select warehouses since 01/2018.

One product I can't seem to be able to source yet though is the CPE610 - TP-Link's equivalent to the the UBNT Litebeam. Any ideas as to what might be slowing it's unveil to the EU market yet?

Same story - available through selected warehouses, but not widely available in the EU for unknown reasons to me.

As for warehouse offers, check whether those are probably grey imports before buying. One possible indicator is a very expensive product price of such offers.

BTW: as of today, the TL-ANT2410MO also hasn't hit the distributors yet. It will last a few days until they actually start delivery. However, it already can be pre-ordered from some stores. The antenna in the pictures above is a sample for testing only.
