Can I isolate 2 networks coming in on the same cable into the same port?

A client has the Jetstream 24 port POE switch. There are 2 different types of devices on the same SINGLE cable coming to the POE switch. but with different IP ranges. Is there any way to isolate them? I only want access through the switch to one range of IPs, or specific IPs if possible? I dont want anything but those to have access to other devices on the switch. Is this possible?
