Cannot access router to see or change settings R470

ISP :
Internet went down. ISP reporting no errors on their end. So I replaced old TP LInk R470 with new one. When I try to open browser with http://192.168.0.1, says No internet access.
Cannot get into router at all. Ethernet directly from WAN/LAN to computer. Modem into router. Ideas??
