My salesperson said that it is possible to put two or more AP's using the wireless network only, not having to put the data cable in them.
I searched and did not find, does this option exist for this AP?

EAP115 can only work as an AP and for AP its typical topology is as below:
EAP115 has to be connected to the router or switch via cables and provide wireless signal only for wifi clients.
If you need wireless connection completely in your network, you may consider a repeater/range extender
