Hi,
I have an internet plan with 20 MBPS bandwidth. When I connect my TL-R480T+ it shows WAN port is with 10MB.
If I set Negotiation Mode to 100MBPS FD, my internet doesn't work.
How can I overcome this issue?

Hi dude, how did you connect your router to the Internet? Any other devices in before it?

No, there is no other devices in between router and internet line.
I have configured internet static IP's in the router itself and then I have connected my other devices(switch/APs) to the router.

So you have a static public IP from your ISP? Is there any setting to limit the bandwidth, like bandwidth control set on the router? You can
reset the device. If I've got it right, the NAT throughput of R480T+ should be 96Mbps. No reason can't get 20Mbps bandwidth.

Could be marketing speak versus reality. In our country ISPs sell Internet access with "up to XX Mbit/s", but they actually don't deliver the full speed. I also saw offers with "XX Mbit/s full-duplex" meaning they just added the speed for downloads/uploads, so the real throughput in one direction is only 1/2 of "XX Mbit/s".
You might want to check if this is the case with your "20 Mbit/s plan".
Next issue could be the speed test. IMHO, the most reliable speed test is http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest You might try this one to compare the results.
Hope this helps!

The NAT throughput of R480T+ could handle even 100Mbps, can you make sure the ISP give you totally 500Mbps?

Yup, I catch the issue.
Actually, it was an issue from my ISP(Internet Service Provider). His hardware port through which I got a connection is not supporting 100MBPS.
I have taken a new line of 50MBPS, and that works fine.
Ask your ISP, whether their hardware is compatible to provide 100mbps of bandwidth.
If not, it's better to change ISP.

As I said: the ISP did sell you a 20 Mbit/s plan and connected you to a 10BASE-T port (10 Mbit/s), which gives you 10 Mbit/s for upload and 10 Mbit/s for download simultaneously. Thus, your speed test did correctly show 19 Mbit/s (2x 9.45) for the link. It's a marketing trick.
