systems restarted on 2017-12-07 with 72% memory-usage, since 2017-12-11 external logs show 81% up to 85% today, so 2 .. 2,5%-points leak per day
(reset system today, because of less time these days and won't miss the point of no return (soft- vs. hard-boot)

I am contacting the Support of TP-Link. Once I get the beta, I will post it here for you guys to try. ;)

today again rebooted with 93% memory usage...
(21%-points within 10days, even with less traffic due to holidays in office, where the switch is installed)

after reboot again 72%

Do you know anything about the firmware? I have this switch and the same memory overflow problem occurs. After about 10 days, it is between 72% and 97% full. and if it does not manage to reboot, the switch is dead. Does anyone test this T1700G-28TQ (UN) _V2_171106_Beta what was mentioned above?

thanks. (our own support-request at tplink.de only resulted in a link for an old beta-firmware, which we haven't applied)

we've applied this newer firmware and a day later the memory-usage is still at 72%.

hopefully there's no other problem...

we'll see.

hi all,

therefore I've the same issue as abattoir within a configuration of two stacked T1700G-28TQ V1 I Need the Firmware Update for the V1.

The Memory leak appears in a single Switch configuration also.

Hopefully there'll be a final stable Firmware for both Versions asap...

regards

Hi all,

therefore I've the same issue within a stacked configuration of two V1 switches I need a link to the appropriate beta version of V1 firmware which is able to prevent the leak of memory.
I've tried the switch in an unstacked configuration (V1 and V2 hardware) as well and the memory usage increases within about 10 days to a value at over 95%

I hope there will be a stable release for V1 and V2 switches as soon as possible.

greetings

r.

Hi,
The latest official firmware is roughly 1 year old now.
When will we have an official version of the firmware with this correction (and probably others) ?
