I have Tp-Link EAP110 Outdoor but very low signal. How can I change country code for more powerful signal? My Firmware 1.0.0 Build 20161109 Rel. 58182

The EU version supports up to 19dbm, which is abide by CE standard.
As I know, the country code is built in the AP, no way to change it.
