Hi, I bought 2 EAP220. The first one was shown in the EAP Controller and could be configured easily. The second one only Shows up for seconds in the EAP Controller and then disappears. I already have reseted the AP without any success. Any idea? Regards, mf1974

What's your topology and hardware/software version of EAP220s and EAP Controller?
Any differences between these two APs? Besides, what's the status changing process of disappeared AP on controller, pending, connected or disconnected?

Suggest you to upgrade EAP to the latest software version and reinstall the EAP controller to have a try.
