(TL-ER6020) - Route Upstream Google Drive Traffic through target WAN

Hello,
We have a TL-ER6020 router and have really enjoyed it. We currently have it connected to TWO cellular broadband routers. The downstream traffic seams to balance fairly well for the most part.
However,
Is there a way we can send all upstream traffic targeting Google Drive or Google Apps uploads to one of our routers? Currently the Upstream traffic is no balancing, and saturating the WAN1 cellular router.
How would I go about setting this up, thank you.
