I was expecting to use the console port as ethernet port, but is not working.
By the way, I connected internet port to my router and WiFi is working properly, but I connected my Smart TV to console port and it is not working.
I colcuded that either my device is broken or console port is not a regular ethernet to disrtribute internet via cable.
Thank you for your help to clarify it.

Did you Read The Fine Manual? Cited from the
EAP220 User's Guide:
CONSOLE: This port is used to connect to the serial port of a computer or a terminal to check and monitor system information of the EAP120/EAP220.

Yest, thank you. it's not clear to me what is the purpose of this port. When I connect it, my PC/laptop is not able to feel it.

A serial port is a RS232C interface, which allows you to manage the EAP even if the network has become totally unusable due to mis-configuration (e.g. b/c you changed some network settings which prevents you from accessing the EAP's UI over Ethernet anymore). You usually would use the command line interface (CLI) to repair such settings, but in current firmware there is no CLI (yet), so this port is currently useless at all until TP-Link releases a CLI for the EAP.
If a CLI has been released eventually, you would need a terminal emulator to access it through the serial port from your PC such as PuTTY / zmodem / whatever on Windows or cu (call unix) on Linux and MacOS.

Thank you perfectly clear to me now.
